Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than five minutes late to your scheduled appointment ( in- person, phone, or video chat) the session will need to be rescheduled to ensure the full time and quality of your experience.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments: Sessions canceled with Less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without communication, will be charged in full.
